aiku is the research centre of Ca' Foscari University of Venice dedicated to the interaction between culture, creative processes, and entrepreneurship.
Through projects in cultural production management, artistic interventions in companies, and corporate museum design, aiku transfers the results of university research by activating the creativity of artists and cultural professionals to stimulate cultural change and strategic innovation.

The aiku team is made up of a scientific committee and numerous researchers from the Department of Management – Venice School of Management, Ca’ Foscari University, Venice.

We are catalysers of ideas and resources to plan long-term synergies between the business world and the world of culture for innovation. We track opportunities, identify common objectives, intercept possible partnerships with the aim of creating shared value that is social, identity, cultural and economic.
We are guided by a strong pragmatic spirit: we transfer the results of university research into practices and processes, thus pursuing the university’s third mission, knowledge transfer.
We are able to activate a network of strategic players (cultural-creative and political-institutional) to bring value both in the creation phase of the project and in its dissemination, enhancing its credibility from a system perspective. We work by contaminating heterogeneous experiences and highly specialised knowledge.
In our Art & Business projects we call upon contemporary artistic languages to stimulate new visions and symbolic meanings, to increase the company’s visibility, image and reputation. We analyse and enhance the identity of the organisation, its vision and philosophy, building a coherent positioning through art-based storytelling.
We believe that social utility can strengthen economic and financial performance. We adapt cultural content to the objectives the company wants to pursue, seeking to maximise the social and territorial impact that can result from the encounter between business and culture. We create CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and CCR (Corporate Cultural Responsibility) campaigns, consolidating the investment in culture over time.
