During and after her studies, she gained professional experience in Italian cultural institutions and the creative sector. She collaborated with the Cultural Projects division of Confindustria Veneto Est within the national project “Capitale della Cultura d’Impresa,” with a primary focus on enhancing the territorial economic fabric through its cultural and creative identities.
Since 2023, she has collaborated with the aiku research centre, dedicating her efforts to creating projects that merge management, arts, technology, and humanities.
Her research delves into the roles of culture, creativity, and tourism in territorial development and social innovation. She explores the potential and dynamics of collaborative spaces for cross-fertilization processes between these domains. Currently, she is a research fellow in the iNEST project – Interconnected Nord-Est Innovation Ecosystem, where she channels her research towards the development of a tourism ecosystem based on art, culture, and creativity as drivers of strategic and social innovation.
With a profound interest in literary imaginaries, applies its critical potential to organizational studies observing organizations as social phenomena and cultures.
