Cultural policies and the live productions are among her main areas of interest. In particular, her doctoral research investigates possible interactions between performing arts and public policies, considering the multidimensional value of cultural production and the evolution of artistic professionalism.

Her academic background is characterized by interdisciplinarity, with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a subsequent master’s degree in Economics and Management of Arts and Cultural Activities. Alongside her studies, Ilaria has always cultivated her passion for dance, first studying at Spaziodanza Padova and currently in Venice at the Centro di Ricerca Teatrale (CTR).
