Since 2010, the Fondazione has operated as an instrumental entity supporting Ca\u2019 Foscari University.\u00a0<\/p><h2>Data Protection Officer<\/h2><p>Fondazione has appointed a Data Protection Officer (\u201c<strong>DPO<\/strong>\u201d), who can be contacted by writing an email to: \u00a0<a href=\"mailto:dpo.fondazione.cf@unive.it\"><strong>dpo.fondazione.cf@unive.it<\/strong><\/a><strong>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><h2>Types of processed data and specific purposes of processing<\/h2><h3>Browsing data<\/h3><p>During standard operations, the IT systems and software procedures used to operate the Website acquire certain personal data, the transmission of which is an integral part of the use of Internet communication protocols.<\/p><p>This data includes:<\/p><ul><li>IP addresses of user devices;<\/li><li>Date and time of the request;<\/li><li>URI\/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier\/Locator) addresses of the requested resources;<\/li><li>HTTP response status code (successful, error, etc.);<\/li><li>Size of the server response in bytes;<\/li><li>URI\/URL address of the source page (referrer);<\/li><li>Browser recognition string (user agent).<br \/>\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>These data do not remain for more than 15 days, after which, they are automatically deleted (except for any need for the investigation of crimes by a judicial authority).<br \/>In addition, data necessary for the use of web services are processed anonymously in order to control the proper functioning of the services provided.<\/p><h3>Data provided by the user<\/h3><p>The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses of the Fondazione, as well as the completion and submission of the forms on the Website, involved acquiring the sender&#8217;s contact data in order to reply, as well as any personal data included in the communications.<\/p><p>Specific disclosures are posted in the sections of the Website created for sending such communications aimed at the provision of certain services.<\/p><h3>Website use statistics and tracking systems (cookies)<\/h3><p>Specific information regarding the collection of data by the Fondazione to create web-usage statistics, and use of tracking systems can be found at our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fondazione.unive.it\/en\/altri-contenuti\/privacy\/cookie-policy\">Cookie Policy<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p><h2>Rights of data subjects<\/h2><p>As data subjects, users have the right to request to Fondazione access to and rectification or erasure of their personal data, or the restriction of processing concerning them, or to object to processing (Art. 15 ff. of the Regulation).
