The analytical cookies in use are issued by the Fondazione.<br \/>Data collected are: user IP, page visited, browser language, average time of visit, actions on page (downloads, outlinks), first visit, last visit, device used.<br \/><u>The legal basis for such processing\u00a0<\/u>is provided by Art. 6.1(b) of the Regulations (&#8220;service provided at the request of the data subject&#8221;).<br \/>It is not possible to disable these cookies from the Fondazione banner.<\/li><li><strong>Third party (social network)<\/strong>: these cookies are issued by third parties. These data are therefore collected by the latter, not by the operator of the website you are browsing; they collect data about the user&#8217;s browsing and preferences. The Website contains Google &#8211; YouTube cookies (to enable users to view videos uploaded to YouTube featured on the Website, as well as the Fondazione to evaluate the effectiveness of institutional communication activities), the operation of which is managed by Google. The Fondazione has visibility, in an anonymous and aggregated form, only of statistical data made available by the providers of the platforms mentioned above in its capacity as Co-Processor with them, in accordance with the provisions of ruling C-210\/16 of 5 June 2018 of the European Union Court of Justice.<br \/><u>The legal basis for such processing<\/u>\u00a0is Article 6.1(a) of the Regulation (&#8220;the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data\u201d).\u00a0<br \/>During the first visit to the Website, users are asked, through a special banner, their consent to such cookies being installed.
